She has worked with a wide range of clients needs ranging from weight loss, muscle building, fitness, reducing stress to improving posture, flexibility and back problems.

Julio Personal TrainerJulio has been in the fitness industry for more than 10 years. He has played tennis at a competitive level for his university and has been a tennis instructor for 6 years and a personal trainer for 2 years.

He has worked with a mixture of people such as sports coaches and personal trainers and has gained a variety of training methods which provide great results for his clients but also adds a fun aspect to training.

He is also a keen road cyclist and has raised funds for various charities involving bike rides within Europe.

CENGIZ Personal Trainer

Cengiz Personal TrainerCengiz is REPs registered, Level 3 Advance Personal Trainer, Premier International Graduate. In 2005 he achieved a Black Sashgrading in the Mix Martial Arts of the WingJitsu System and has had success in competing in the San Shou tournaments.

Cengiz has helped his clients to achieve their Ultimate Goals in their Sport, Strength, Health and Shape with fast results. Cengiz can offer Health and Posture Assessments along with Corrective Programmes, Resistance Training and Cardiovascular workouts.

Experienced in Westminster’s main-line fitness centres Cengiz deliveries a professional, high quality and stimulating sessions, making that journey towards your goals fun and enjoyable.

He specialises in abs and general core conditioning so if you want any help with getting your six-pack speak to him! He also enjoys boxing and if you want anyone to spar with you can ask him.

He will ensure you are always challenged whilst making sure you still have a good time while you are training.

PANY Fitness Instructor

Pany Fitness InstructorPany is an experienced Fitness Instructor and Class Instructor who combines friendliness with expertise. He will ensure you are always challenged whilst making sure you still have a good time while you are training.

He is also our Indoor Cycling Instructor and his classes will improve fitness and strength whilst also being great fun.

Gemma Sports TherapistAs a sports therapist and rehabilitator, Gemma can treat injured athletes or non-athletes return to full functionality, regardless of their age, career, sport or ability. Injuries treated vary according to the sport or the activity involved and clients include professional and amateur sportspeople, people who keep fit for fun, along with accident victims.

Gemma advises on prevention strategies to reduce the occurrence of injuries. She also examines, assesses and treats injuries that do occur, either sport or non-sport specific, which leads to a well structured rehabilitation process post treatment.
